After the incident, the student informed the family about the matter. After this, the family members and the villagers together caught the accused. After beating him fiercely, he was handed over to the namkum police. The name of the arrested accused is Paul Tirkey alias Adjust (24 years). He is a resident of Palandu. During interrogation, the accused has confessed his crime before the police. At the same time, the police has got the student medically examined at Sadar Hospital. An FIR has been registered against the accused on the statement of the girl's mother in the case. A case was registered against the accused under the POCSO Act.
Reached home crying, there was blood in the clothes
The victim girl reached her house crying at 10 am. There was blood in his clothes. He gave full details of the matter to his mother. On getting information about the incident, the mother and family came out on the road. The villagers were informed about the incident. Meanwhile, relatives and villagers reached the house of the accused. He beat her fiercely. He ran and beat him and handed him over to the Namkum police. SHO Sunil Kumar Tiwari told that the medical of the accused Paul and the girl has been done. Paul will be sent to jail on Tuesday.
