Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said in the assembly on Monday that his government is going to bring a proposal on local policy based on the Khatian of 1932 and reservation of Other Backward Classes (OBC) very soon. Amidst the continuing doubts over his membership, the Chief Minister raised questions on the role of the Governor. Along with this, questions were also asked to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on the issue of membership of Samrilal. He said that a fake BJP MLA is sitting here.

Hemant Soren called Babulal Marandi a chameleon. It is said that even a chameleon does not change color as much as Babulal Marandi does. CNT-SPT Act is necessary to protect the land of tribals. OBC reservation is necessary. He asked Babulal Marandi to answer as to who reduced the OBC reservation. He said that soon his government will bring the Khatian of 1932 and the proposal to increase the OBC reservation.
